The Grant, a 53-story high rise with 298 distinctive condos offers the ultimate in lakefront luxury living within the popular South Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Named to celebrate its proximity to Chicago’s popular Grant Park—one of the most breathtaking and iconic public spaces in Chicago—the building offers a selection of elegant condos with spectacular views of Lake Michigan, Museum Campus and the world-famous Chicago skyline.

The Grant offers a variety of condo sizes and layouts—from one to three bedrooms, with luxurious finishes, engineered wood flooring, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, professional stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private balconies. These graceful interiors blend traditional finishes with sleek accents and surfaces.

The list of building amenities at The Grant is impressive and includes 24/7 door personnel; concierge services; fitness center featuring an indoor pool, hot tub and his and hers locker rooms with saunas; elegantly appointed outdoor landscaped deck with fireplace and grilling stations; entertainment suite with catering kitchen overlooking Grant Park; screening room lounge with projection screen; dedicated children’s playroom; and professionally-equipped bike room. The building is pet-friendly with a grooming area and dog run.

The Grant was constructed after its sister building, Museum Park East, and in addition to parks and green space at your door, it is steps away from lakefront and cultural attractions including biking/walking paths, harbors and the Museum Campus.

SOUTH LOOP

South Loop—bounded by the Stevenson Expressway on the south and Congress Pkwy on the north—is a dynamic mix of attractions and history, and offers some of Chicago’s most eye-catching and unique real estate options, ranging from historic homes to luxury high-rises and a great selection of lofts.

The neighborhood’s eastern edge is encompassed by the Museum Campus, a collection of cultural treasures such as the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium that sits on scenic lakefront parklands extended from Grant Park. Northerly Island, a peninsula sought out by nature lovers, and Soldier Field, the stadium for the beloved Chicago Bears football team, are also located here. Meeting attendees are most familiar with McCormick Place, the largest convention center in the country, which is also in the immediate area.

Worth mentioning is also a Motor Row District along South Michigan Avenue and nearby Prairie Avenue District, the “Millionaire’s Row” that was lined with mansions belonging to Chicago’s most wealthy elite during the end of the 19th century. In the adjacent Printer’s Row neighborhood, urban loft condos now fill the commercial spaces in what was formerly the center of the Midwest’s publishing industry.

Chicago’s South Loop is one of the city’s fastest growing neighborhoods, and the last few years have brought more change to the area than the last century. Business professionals and students have brought new life and redevelopment filling the restaurants, music clubs, smaller theaters and museums that have all established themselves in the community.

As a previous resident, one of my personal favorite features was the walking distance to Des Plaines River Trail. I have personally biked the trail to the Wisconsin border and back and it is just over a 100-miles door to door. My wife loved how close she was to Rosemont shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Close proximity to O’Hare and blue line. Just an overall great neighborhood.
